Canadian Coins

We are starting our math unit on money!  We reviewed all the coins that we use in Canada and their amounts.  You can practice at home by using real coins and count them!

Texture Art

Today we looked at different textures in the classroom.  Some things are soft, some are rough, some are bumpy, and others are smooth.  Then we did some texture rubbings.  What kind of textures can you see in your home?
